Eat, Train and Sit Down: ONLINE COURSE

This SELF-STUDY course, will transform your performance skills as an athletic creative. You will finally understand what / when / how to eat to make sure your body has the energy it requires. We also want to encourage you to have a healthy and positive relationship with food, even when weight-loss is involved. Our specialist have a lot of experience working with dancers who have often felt under the pressure of the industry to look a certain way. This course will change the game forever, guilt and shame will be thrown to the window, even if you are following a weight-loss program. You will also finally understand what to do at the gym to support your other movement practices.

Our athletic creative collaborator Cindy Claes is the main narrator of the course. She is an athletic creative, nutrition coach, fitness coach, dancer, actress, martial arts enthusiast. She lived in a Buddhist Centre for 6 years, and lost herself over 20kg.
